Account

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and data. Your deletion request will be processed securely and permanently.

Option 1 Recommended

Delete via the App

Open Toolnic Launch the Toolnic app on your Android device.

Go to Profile or Settings Navigate to your account settings from the home screen.

Tap "Delete Account" Find and select the Delete Account option in the menu.

Confirm the deletion Review the warning and confirm. Your request will be submitted immediately.

Please include in your email:

  • The Google account email used to sign in to Toolnic.
  • Your device model (optional, but helpful).
  • Any additional details that may help identify your account.

What Account Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following account-related information will be permanently removed from our systems:

Google Sign-In association
Authentication records

This action is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover it or any associated data tied to your account on our servers.

Local Data Stored on Your Device

Most Toolnic features store data only on your own device using secure local storage it is not uploaded to Toolnic servers.

Invoice History
Notes
Recent PDF History
App Preferences
Settings
You can delete this local data at any time
Clear history from within the app using the in-app clear options.
Clear app storage from Android Settings → Apps → Toolnic → Storage.
Uninstall the Toolnic app to remove all locally stored data.

Data Retention Policy

Toolnic does not permanently store your locally saved history on our servers. If any authentication-related account information exists, it will be permanently deleted after your request is verified.

Days Maximum Retention Period Any authentication-related account information will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days after your deletion request has been verified by our team.
